Through our partnership with Europ Assistance South Africa, we manage emergency medical assistance that includes pre-arrival guidance, life-saving resuscitation instructions, professional response dispatch, patient transfer to the nearest appropriate medical facility and more.
Drivers receive immediate, informed support from trained medical professionals.
Stand-by-me service
A breakdown can be stressful, especially at night or in an unsafe or unfamiliar location.
If a driver feels unsafe, we dispatch a roadside safety support vehicle to wait with them until the official roadside assistance provider arrives.
This ensures the driver is never left alone in a vulnerable situation.
Take-me-home service
Drivers may book a take-me-home service, where we arrange for a qualified driver to transport them, and any passengers, safely to a single drop-off point in the driver's own vehicle.
Each driver receives an information pack explaining how to access and use this service.
